Quickstart

This walks through the fastest path to a working voice agent: a Simple project hotline on ui.testing.nairon.cloud. If you’re integrating Nairon as an API instead of building a hotline, see the Platform quickstart.

New accounts go through a short review before they can sign in:

  1. Go to https://ui.testing.nairon.cloud, open Sign up from the login page, and register with an email and password. You’ll see a “Request received” notice — your registration is reviewed, usually within 1–2 business days.
  2. Once approved you receive an account-approved email. (If you try to sign in before then, the login page tells you the account is still awaiting approval — no action is needed from you.)
  3. Log in with your email and password.
  4. Create an organization — the top-level container for billing and membership.

After you create your organization, guided setup builds your first project and its agent:

  1. What is your agent for? — pick an industry or a use case; the template pre-selects the right skills. See Industries and use cases.
  2. Your information — optionally add your website and documents, so the agent can answer from them and opening hours and other facts can be read for you.
  3. Voice & languages — choose the main language, timezone, and voice.
  4. Personalize — confirm the suggested facts and skill settings, and check the greeting, the first thing the agent says.
  5. Hear your agent — place a browser test call right away.

Each step is described in Simple projects. To create more projects later, click New Project in your organization dashboard.

For branching logic, pre/post-call automation, or integrations beyond what a skill covers, use an Advanced project instead; see Advanced projects.

  1. Go to Phone Numbers, allocate a Nairon-provided number (or configure a partner/external SIP number), and assign your agent to it.
  2. Use the Test tab to place a test call before the agent is attached to a real number, or call the number directly once assigned. Every project gets 20 free test calls per day.

After a test or real call, open Call History to see the transcript, and Analytics for aggregate metrics (call count, duration, drop-off). See Call history, analytics & simulation.
