Platform API
Cette page n’est pas encore disponible en français. Vous consultez la version anglaise.
platform.testing.nairon.cloud is the control surface for a platform-type project — one whose
“product” is Nairon’s API rather than a hotline. A project
gets this surface when it’s created with type = platform; it has no flow editor or phone number
management, since those concepts don’t apply. Instead you mint API keys, watch usage, and preview
an invoice.
Nairon exposes two APIs plus an MCP server, all authenticated with project-scoped API keys minted from a platform-type project:
- Platform API (
api.testing.nairon.cloud) — an OpenAI-compatible data plane: chat completions, text-to-speech, transcription, realtime speech-to-speech, batch jobs, and knowledge-base stores. Point a compatible client SDK’sbase_urlat it. See the live OpenAPI reference. - Service API (
service.testing.nairon.cloud) — a REST control plane: flows/versions, phone numbers, agent profiles, usage reads. Also serves an MCP server at/mcp. See Service API + MCP.
The realtime speech-to-speech endpoint now speaks the standard Realtime WebSocket protocol
(session/audio-buffer/response events), and every request — chat, speech, transcription, and
realtime — can select a paid usage tier (standard/premium/eco) that governs which models
and voices it may use and how much concurrency it gets. See the guide
for both.
